    • Once processed, the application fees for personal loans and other events are non-refundable.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>

    • Rescheduling Policy<\/strong><\/p>

      • If the Customer wishes to reschedule their personal loan application for any reason, they may do so by calling, sending a WhatsApp message, or visiting the nearest branch. However, the fee remains non-refundable.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>

      • Exceptional Circumstances<\/strong><\/p>

        • The company reserves the right to refund the equivalent sum paid by the customer only in exceptional circumstances, subject to the company\u2019s discretion.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>

        • Verification Process<\/strong><\/p>

          • During the refund process, the company has the right to request documents for verification purposes, including but not limited to the Customer\u2019s Identity Card.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
