No Refund / Cancellation / Postponement Policy

1. Non-Refundable Fees

   • Once processed, the application fees for personal loans and other events are non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling Policy

   • If the Customer wishes to reschedule their personal loan application for any reason, they may do so by calling, sending a WhatsApp message, or visiting the nearest branch. However, the fee remains non-refundable.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

   • The company reserves the right to refund the equivalent sum paid by the customer only in exceptional circumstances, subject to the company’s discretion.

4. Verification Process

   • During the refund process, the company has the right to request documents for verification purposes, including but not limited to the Customer’s Identity Card.

5. Right to Reject Refunds

   • The company reserves the right to reject a refund request if it reasonably believes that the request may be fraudulent, illegal, or involves any criminal activity.
